NatureAegis Pvt. Ltd. ensures best in class products and packaging and on-time delivery to its customers. Our Delivery partners deliver the order with full care and safety to ensure no damage to the products. Our aim is to serve every visitor who purchases from our website and to strengthen customer – seller relationship.

Currently we are delivering products in Pune locations only but soon the delivery will be made PAN India locations.

Orders are shipped within 6 to 10 working hours or as per the delivery date agreed by the buyer at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment. We will ensure to deliver the shipment within provided time frame but in case of any delay due to any unavoidable reasons, we will ensure to pass on the information soon to the buyer with expected delivery time.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per data provided during purchase on website or while giving final confirmation on call. Delivery of our shipment/Services will be confirmed on your mail ID/Contact No. as specified during registration/confirmations.

Delivery Charges Will be applicable as per the below breakups. There will be free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1200/- for Pune locations only.

Returns/Refunds:

• There Will be no return or cancellations accepted once the product is out for delivery.
• Once the Product is handed over to the buyer, there will be no return accepted. Please inspect the product immediately and inform the delivery person with the issue.
• Once the Service Agent is out for the service, there will be no cancellation accepted. You can only reschedule the service with the payment of Rs. 100/- as rescheduling charge.

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case of issue please inform the delivery agent or call on Customer Care No.
